Siberian
Hardneck that is very high in allicin which is responsible for garlic's antibiotic effect and for its abililtiy to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. Medium to strong flavor.

Inchelium Red
Hailing from the Colville Indian Reservation in Inchelium, WA, this garlic is large and beautiful artichoke variety. The densed bulb, can have anywhere from 9-20 cloves. The flavor is softly robust but not overwhelming.

California Late White
Most common garlic on the market. Smooth white bulbs with pale pink garlic cloves, its flavor is slightly stronger than Early White Garlic.

German Porcelain
Very Large hardneck bulb, easy-to-peel cloves. Very best in taste without all the heat and  a good hardneck keeper. Tastes as good as it looks.

Oregon Blue
Soft artichoke type with good hot flavor. Heirloom garlic with beautiful dark purple to almost blue cloves.

Nootka Rose
Old heirloom silverskin from WA. Cloves are a beautiful deep mahogony color with red streaks and almost solid red elongated tips.

Silverwhite
An excellent garlic with a good flavor and good warmth.Will store for several months, if you can possibly save some from being eaten.

Chesnok Red
From the Republic of Georgia, it is a full flavored garlic with a mellow aftertaste that sticks around nicely for a while. Some years it can also be a hot and strong garlic, other years it is much less hot, but it it always full flavored.

Spanish Roja
Considered by many to be the standard by which all other garlics are compared, it is a full bodied, but mild garlic that is full of flavor.
