We have two types of onions this year, Candy and Superstar, both are excellent keeper and taste great!

Tomato

We will have 7 different types of tomatoes this year!

Carolina Gold, Black Zebra, Celebrity, Applause, Sprite (Grape), Sunsation, and Window Box Roma.

Jersey Knight Asparagus

It will be available in small quantities this year since the beds are young, more will be planted for next season..

Price for the 2008 season will be $3 bundle.
Rhubarb

Victoria and Canada Red are highly productive and very tasty.

Radish

This is the biggest and best tasting radish you will ever eat!!

We will try to have radish all season!

Price - .75 bunch
2007 was a valuble lesson on diversifying your crops, our berry and fruit trees were decimated by the late frost. Vegetables, especially radish, helped carry us through that year.
Beets

You just can't find fresh beets in the stores, period!

Price - $1 bundle
Kohlrabi

Early Vienna White  is the varity and it is very tasty.

Sweet Corn

Precious Gem is a bicolor with 8-9 in. ears that is sweet without losing that corn flavor.

Turnip

Very popular variety is Purple Top, if you have never eaten mashed turnips, you haven't lived.

Price - .50 each
Cucumber

We are growing a slicing cuke, Turbo, and a pickling cuke, Bush Pickle, this upcoming season.
Turbo is a very dark green, straight cuke with a small seed cavity. Bush pickle is a good pickler for either the large dill pickles or the small gherking types.
